Building Organisational Strength in Global Markets
The Role of Mobility in Developing Global Talent

According to PwC’s 14th Annual Survey of CEOs, Chief Executives are almost “as confident of growth this coming year as they were in the boom years before the crisis”. For most, however, this growth depends on exploiting opportunities in far-flung global markets.
Success will depend, in large part, on the quality of our global talent pipeline, whether it allows us to build, sustain and retain employees able to operate and lead in complex, multi-cultural environments - those with global competence. “Talent is now at the top of the CEO agenda”. But:
Global talent leaders and heads of mobility will join together to discuss these questions at the ETF Congress at Villa Grazioli, set in the Frascati hills overlooking Rome. We invite you to join us.

Global Talent Leaders
What is ‘global competence’?
How can we accelerate its development?
How do we leverage international experience?
Heads of Global Mobility
How do assignments develop talent?
Are all assignment roles developmental?
Do our mobility policies impact development?
What is emerging best-practice in talent mobility?
